The delivery time is only an estimation in general situation, depending on different situations, such as holiday season, Black Friday, Christmas and New Year, the delivery time will be extended significantly.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

We offer free shipping for all of our products.
Notice: Sallye Shop does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military bases in the US.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Sallye Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and lost
Sallye Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. You should file a claim as soon as you received the damaged product, we will not consider if it's longer than 5 days. We suggest customer to use Insured Shipping to avoid the lost of package, we will send you a replacement once it was determined as lost.
Incorrect or insufficient address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address, Sallye Shop will not check the address correctness. If the package was lost due to incorrect address, Sallye Shop will not be responsible for the lost. Customer cannot ask for refund or reship.
